During the initial foot care visit, we will go over your medical history and go over the consent form if not already completed before the appointment.
An assessment of the lower limbs gives me good insight about your circulation, skin condition and problems with your feet.

Now we are ready to get down to the Nitty-Gritty!
After a thorough wash of your feet, I will trim, clean and file your toe nails. For thick or fungal nails, I will reduce them with an electric file.
Next, we’ll reduce any corns or calluses.

We finish up with a foot rub using Podo Expert products that are enriched with skin-equivalent biomimetic lipids that strengthen and protect the skin barrier.
Answer any questions and offer education as needed.
